Comfortable, Shea?

Shea is into reading.

Big time!

She will pull up a chair (or two)......

And have at it.

She is so proud of herself.

And so am I my darling.

Look what I did!

I was so incredibly excited.....

Not only was I one of Faith's birthing coaches,

I was asked to cut little Archer's umbilical cord.

Of course,  Jon was offered to do this first.....

He, however,  wanted nothing to do with it respectfully declined.

I was completely thrilled.....

By it all!

Only four days ago...

This precious child made his appearance.

My grand-baby.

Archer Jonathan.
6 lbs
14oz
19 in

To say he is perfect is an understatement.

He is a miracle from God.

My daughter, Faith, is a rock star!

I am so proud of her.

My son-in-law, Jon, is simply the best.

I am so blessed.

The Baby Room ~ Dr. Seuss Style

Considering that my grand-baby boy will make his appearance THIS Saturday.....

I thought I better get myself over to Faith's house and get some pictures of his very adorable Dr. Seuss nursery!!!

(remember the baby shower?)

This room is so cute, I can hardly stand it!!!

I am just lovin' it.
Love the colors.
Love the theme.

Love this mobile, don't you?

How about the walls?

What about these little guys?

And look at this: Jon's bedroom cross from when he was a little boy.......awwwww.

Isn't this completely precious?

Now all we need is Baby Archer!

Twister.....any one?

We had a little down time at the condo last week.

The girls wanted to know what they could possibly do?????

How about a little Twister?

Say what?

It took them no time to get in the swing of things......

Shea and Avery even enticed Scott to join the fun!!

Cuz ya know, twisting your body into interesting contortions is (oh) so much fun!!

A little va-cay time down south.....

..with some of our favorite people.

Doing some of our favorite things!

Watching Scott and Stephanie ski.

Swimming in the lake.

Body boarding/Knee boarding.

slow-going at first

I can tell Avery is smiling by her eyes.  :)

And....the wipe out!

Here is little Miss Daring!

It was even fun just watching.....

And hanging out on the boat.

We enjoyed our long walks to the lake.

The stairs!

And the path....

Chillin' at the condo was a pleasure as well.....and very easy to do!

The girls even convinced Dad to do some tubing!

How amazing....Dave and I  surprisingly managed to get a somewhat decent picture of the two of us!
A rarity, indeed!

What a lovely time we had celebrating the 4th of July and of course, celebrating our precious family!
