Sunday Snapshot {some Hello Kitty bling}
Yes, Someone loves Hello Kitty.....
And, the more pink and sparkly....
The Better!
Someone received an early birthday present.....
From a really 'on the ball' grandma.
Someone is just thrilled!
You rock, Grandma Diane!
Someone is almost six years old!
Happy Birthday (in a few days) to you, our darling Avery!
We love you and treasure you!
You light up our lives with your infectious smile and charmingly sweet personality!
We can't imagine our lives without you!
All done now.....
Enough of all that mushy stuff.
No more picture taking.
Someone wants to play.
The End!

Sunday Snapshot {Mud}
First, I saw these little footprints....
Then I saw the feet.
The muddy feet!
Yikes!
Surprisingly, these dirty, muddy little feet belong to my Shea-belle.
My neat freak.
So. What's the deal?
Unusually warm weather.
Bubbles.
And your basic dose of drive-way dirt.
And, voilĂ !
You have a seven year old having some fun.
Awwww, to be seven!

Ca-razy Hair Day!
This week is National Lutheran Schools Week.
Since my girls go to a Lutheran school,
we are in *celebration* mode!!!!
Today was 'Crazy Hair' day.
My older kids loved this day.
In fact, it probably was their favorite day of said week.
The Littles?
Not too sure about it.
Avery just could not wrap her head around the idea of going to school with 'crazy' hair.
Shea was not a big fan either.
I finally convinced them that this was all part of having a super fun and silly day.
So, they started having fun and acting pretty silly.
Plus, I told them they might end up in the school year book.
Boy, did that change their attitudes.
Smiles and 'poses' came whipping out!
Can ya tell my girls liked the idea of possibly being in the yearbook?
Geesh.
Besides Shea having a very sweaty head, the girls had a fabulous 'crazy' hair day!

Sunday Snapshot {Pinkalicious}
Last weekend the girls and I saw a local production of Pinkalicious: the Musical.
Shea and Avery were a tad bit excited....to say the least.
In fact, they were beside themselves with giddiness....and pinkness!
Pinkaicious is a bid deal in the household of girls who are crazy for all things pink!
The musical was delightful.
The girls LOVED it!
The singing.
The dancing.
The PINKness!
Then to top things off......
They were able to meet the star of the show, AND snag a picture with her!
How pink, ummm cool is that???
